Borderlands ps3 install problem

I guess with the online community why bother do it yourself when you can just get gamers to do it for you. The problem is not borderlands, it's the psn. There are a lot of problems these days with the buddy list. Don't know what's going on? Im not having any problems with the psn at all. Stop being so frustrated and agressive, you people It might be lacking a few features like Cross game chat and invites, and a bit of spit and polish to make it look better, but it's not broken in any way at all.

I've never had any problems with it and I use it regularly. It's actually a pretty reliable service. Shame about Borderlands co-op getting messed-up though, I was looking forward to getting it friday and now I won't be bothering, no point in getting a game based around co-op if they can't even get that right!

I have not had a single issue you mention or my real word friends. Its a problem on your end If the developer is inept at making a game run on a console, it should not be sold If I bought the game, I'd return it for a full refund.

Even if its open you can at least get store credit for such a problem. I hope cross game chat never makes it, worst piece of ever. I do not want people to ghost in my games. If you really are so pathetic you need to talk to people who are playing different games at the same time, you need to get a life.

Cross game invites would be good as long as I can disable it. Do not feel like getting spammed stupid messages while I am enjoying a game. Wow, posting moronic comments is fun! Teach me more, comm Yep, a game that was built around co-op does not work on the ps3 version. I bought it last night and it freezes every time you get to the public lobby. I played the single player but it feels rather lonely in the world cuz it really wasnt meant to be played that way.

Im really starting to lose respect for 2k period. I heard the online for nba2k10 was broken and now the next 2k game borderlands ps3 is completely broken. After playing Borderlands last night on my PS3 with some mild online trouble for 8 hours, I believe I can answer your question. The guns are awesome Too sparse, too bland and a little on the tedious side.

It wouldn't be a Gearbox game if it wasn't broken, it's simply how they roll regardless of platform. COD4 might not of had dedicated servers on the consoles but at least it wasn't a sh! It was a quality game on ALL platforms. That's why I like Infinity Ward.

Gotta pass on this one. I don't see it bringing anything new to the genre. But the artwork is awesome, I'll give em that. After watching the pirates on justinTV for the last week Doesn't bring anything new to the genre? It managed to somehow combine Fallouts universe, with Diablos loot, added sweet co-op and shooting and to top it all off a deep rpg skill set.

The game is beyond addicting. God, devs suck at porting games to PS3. Oh well, at least our multiplats will be better. Do devs still playtest games.

WTF is going on? One would think the more expensive ps3 version would run smoother than the cheaper pc version. Then again would anyone even notice the flaws if they had just 1 console. In Canada borderlands is 39 bucks, and after playing it i know why it's that price. It is a glitchy mess. The thread on Gearbox's forum is already at 17 pages.

This is not an isolated experience. Stupid developer? Borderlands is a pretty fun co-op game. Just because there are connection issues doesn't mean you can simply diss the whole game all-together. Yeah, Gearbox should've done more testing, I'll agree with that. But you're overblowing the situation here, especially since you don't even have the game. So ease up. Borderlands PS3 fall-damage. Borderlands co-op issues get addressed kingps3.

Wait, I think that bug causes your game to crash of its own and doesn't require task manager dispatch. Tales from the Borderlands is a much more light-hearted experience than the rest of the Telltale Games.

It's probably my least favourite game by them, and yet I still enjoyed the hell out of it and finished it in two sittings. Yet, the ending didn't suprise me - the entire story, albeit cruel sometimes, was presented in such a way that I didn't expect anything less than a happy end. I'm glad they didn't show the content of the vault, though. At that point, no matter what was inside, it would've been a disappointment in comparison to all the awesome weapons, treasures and monsters we've just seen.

As I mentioned in a similar thread, one thing that made me feel sad is that I dind't have a chance for one last talk with Sasha. Her romance option could've been a little more fleshed out, but still, what we got was a great kind of experience, and it's really hard not to like her. Really wish Rhys talked to her before going into the vault. If they made the ending a sad ending IMO it would have kind of ruined the finale for me.
